Paymycosts existed only in ideas and needed a concrete existence. Artisights, with their competent and experienced team of designers came up with the name and the aesthetic logo of paymycosts. Right from deciding the company name and brand elements, till helping the client through the stages of registration of a pvt. ltd. company, artisights handled the process systematically and legally. They assisted the client in bank opening and other registrations and licenses. They also created an impact-full social media identity on all relevant platforms so that the brand can reach all-over India.
After the company was legally formed and the corporate identity, along with our own website domain , the next step was to create a sustainable and profitable business & Operating model.
Artisights designed a business model which would cater to all the 10 targeted users of the digital
platform and at the same time results in high profits without additional investment on digital marketing. It then developed a
unique and smooth operating model which helped to develop standard business processes and SOPs. Without standardization, the
business wouldn't be able to survive the test of time and competition. For each of the user, separate business processes and SOPs were designed
to get leads, get them to register on the platform, leverage on them to market the own brand, etc.
Other relevant business processes such as operations, Marketing, HR & Admin and finance were developed with their
respective SOPs which would help them to operate without any hindrance.
The Organization structure with their respective roles and responsibilities was defined and developed; the planning for
supportstaff was also done.
Artisights then defined the relevant technology needed to support the business and developed a fully automated web/mobile application for management reporting, order handling and customer relationship management. established and concrete business. Although, We are still working with the client to bring improvisations and further upgrades to the system, artisights
has brought in unique features such as ability of the seller to create his own schemes and promo codes followed by many more.
The business development has started
and the staff is increasing exponentially. Soon Paymycosts will plan to expand in the nearby cities and eventually across India.
